All products purchased in store or online directly from HER are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.

HER is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked delivered by carriers. A claim should be filed with the carrier in the event of a missing package marked as delivered.

HER is not responsible for resending orders with incorrect addresses or missing apartment numbers.

HER is unable to redeliver to addresses with a history of lost packages or unsuccessful delivery.

Shipping Policy

Shipping times can vary. All orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. However, please allow up to a maximum of 5-7 business days for your order to be processed during high volume periods. Thank you for shopping with our small business!

For international orders shipped outside of the U.S., the customer is responsible for paying any applicable duties and fees. If you refuse to pay these duties and fees upon delivery, you forfeit the right to a refund or exchange.
